Fully furnished and equipped apartment.
It is located on the Promenade des Anglais, in the high standing building "Royal Luxembourg" with its swimming pool on the roof.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator and benefits from a Wifi connection by optical fiber. The apartment is fully air-conditioned.
There is a possibility of a parking space for an additional 200€ per month. It is located inside the same building.
LIVING ROOM:
It has a sofa, an armchair, a glass coffee table and a flat screen TV.
The sleeping area, which can be hidden by a veil, has a comfortable double bed.
The living room opens onto the south facing terrace with sea view.
KITCHEN :
The kitchen is open to the living room. It is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven/microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, induction cooker and toaster.
The dining area has a beautiful high dining table with 4 chairs.
DRESSING ROOM:
It features storage shelves, a washing machine and a safe.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a towel dryer and a sink with backlit mirror.

There is also a swimming pool on the roof of the building (open during the day, from May 1 to October 15 (opening dates are subject to change depending on weather conditions. Hours : 6:00 am to 10 pm)). It is accessible to all residents of the building.
