Furnished and equipped flat with 1 bathroom.
It is located in the Gambetta district, near the Carré d'Or, its shops and beaches.
The flat is located on the 7th floor with a lift and benefits from a Wifi connection.
It is fully air-conditioned.
Heating: The heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
Air conditioning: Air conditioning is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled between mid-May and mid-June. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-October. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.

LIVING ROOM:
It has a sofa, a dining table with two chairs and a flat screen TV.
The living room opens onto the balcony which also opens onto the bedroom.
The living room is air-conditioned. The shutters are manual.
KITCHEN :
The kitchen is open to the living room with swing doors. It is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, electric hob and toaster. The fridge, freezer and microwave are in the living room.
BEDROOM :
The bedroom has a queen size bed. There is also a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
The room opens onto the balcony.
The room is air conditioned. The shutters are manual.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, a washbasin with mirror and a hairdryer.
BALCONY :
It has a table and 2 chairs.
