Apartment fully furnished and equipped, with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
It is located in the Carré D'Or ( city center) of Nice, near the sea.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor without elevator and benefits from a Wifi connection by optical fiber. It is fully air-conditioned.
LIVING ROOM:
It has a sofa and a flat screen TV.
The dining area has a dining table and 2 chairs.
The living room is air-conditioned.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is open to the living room. It is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, induction hob and toaster.
BEDROOM:
The room has a double bed and storage closets.
The room is air-conditioned.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, towel dryer, bidet and hair dryer.
