Walking distance to the beach (3 min) and city center (20 min). Quiet location (no noises from the neighbours, cars, cafes or tourists). Very good condition of apartments and equipment in it. Good internet. A lot of grocery stores nearby.

It has a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table and a flat screen TV.
The dining area has a dining table and 4 chairs.
The living room opens onto the south facing balcony.
