Renovation work is currently underway, and scaffolding has been installed on the building's façade until the end of March 2025. This installation results in obstructed views from the windows and may cause noise disturbances that are difficult to predict as work progresses. Therefore, to compensate for any inconvenience, the price of the apartment has been adjusted accordingly.
