Description
REINE MARIE TERRASSE is a superb apartment with a large terrace on the top floor. It has an ideal location in the "Carré D'Or" ("Golden Square") of Nice in the city center. It is located a few meters from the Promenade des Anglais and its beaches and the famous pedestrian area and its restaurants.
The decoration is modern. You will appreciate the high quality materials used in the apartment. The natural wood of the parquet floor, the lacquered or varnished furniture, the workshop window in the bedroom/bathroom bring a design touch in vogue.
You will appreciate the large terrace where you can enjoy a glass of rosé in the evening or your meals.
Heating : Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
