The apartment was ideally situated for access to the main parts of the city and the old town. The rail station was only a 20min walk. It is also close to one of the new tram stations ( Alsace Lorraine ) is an easy walk from the apartment. ( only 1.5see more

It is also close to one of the new tram stations ( Alsace Lorraine ) is an easy walk from the apartment. ( only 1.50 Euro, approx 20 min ride to T2 Airport). The apartment was spacious and open plan. The bedroom space was fine. There is ample terrace space to the rear of the property accessed via french doors from either of the two bedrooms. The kitchen has a necessary appliances,( fridge/freezer, dishwasher,oven, hob and microwave and a washing machine located in the shower room). Prior to arriving you receive an access code for an APP from Nester & Jeeves this provides all the information in relation to arrival, departure, instructions for all flat equipment and access points. The staff at Nestor & Jeeves are welcoming and helpful.

PROVENCE TERRASSE is a spacious apartment with a beautiful terrace for up to 6 persons and is ideally located in the heart of Nice in the area of Carré d'Or.
Decorated in a modern style, this apartment is perfect for a stay with family or friends.
You will be charmed by all the rooms which are spacious, and especially by the magnificent and quiet terrace, equipped with a living space and a table for meals, perfect to enjoy the sun.
You will also be charmed by its central location, perfect for exploring the city.
The apartment has free wifi by fiber optic, as well as air conditioning.
You will be right in the city center, in the heart of Carré d'Or.
You will be 1 minute of walk from the Promenade des Anglais, the beaches, and the pedestrian street with its’ many shops and restaurants.
In less than 10 minutes you will reach Place Masséna, the famous avenue Jean Médecin and its’ boutiques, as well as the Old Nice where you can discover all the local specialties.
In front of the building,there is a bus stop with several buses, allowing you to move easily in Nice and its surroundings.
The city offers numerous Blue Bike points, allowing you to ride to the city center. There is a bike station some minutes of walk from the building.
The train station is a few minutes of walk away.
