NICE TO MEET YOU is a sublime duplex flat located in the centre of Nice.
Air-conditioned, bright and very spacious, it benefits from two main assets : its south-facing balcony and its top floor.
With its three bedrooms and three bathrooms, one of which has a shower AND a bathtub, it offers an open, refined and beautifully decorated space thanks to its wooden furniture and hundreds of books arranged in several rooms.
NICE TO MEET YOU is on the 5th and last floor with lift.
The air conditioning and heating are centralized, and their activation is managed by the condominium association.
