DALPOZZO GRANDE is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment ideally located in the city center a few meters from the Promenade des Anglais. This comfortable apartment is ideal to stay with family or friends, you will enjoy relaxing and have a good time. You will also share good meals prepared in its very original rounded kitchen. DALPOZZO GRANDE is composed as follows: LIVING ROOM : The living room consists of two large windows, a comfortable sofa and an armchair, a TV and a dining table that seats 6 people. KITCHEN: The rounded, original kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a kettle and a Senseo coffee machine. It has a bar and two high stools. BATHROOM 1: The bathroom 1 has a nice shower, toilet, a towel holder and a hairdryer. BATHROOM 2: The bathroom 2 also includes a shower, toilet, towel holder and a hairdryer. BEDROOM 1 : Bedroom 1 overlooking courtyard contains a double bed, a fan and a large closet. BEDROOM 2: Bedroom 2 overlooking the courtyard also has a double bed, a fan and a large closet. BEDROOM 3: Bedroom 3 overlooking greenery includes a bunk bed and a closet. You will find the washing machine in a small airlock between the two bathrooms. Heating: Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
