The apartment itself had everything we could wish for. It was very clean, modern and comfortable. Also the location is very good in the heart of Nice. Close to the shops, to the seafront and the train station to explore the city and the French Riviersee more

Description
INFORMATION: We would like to inform you that renovation work on a neighboring apartment will take place between August 2024 and December 2024. This may cause noise pollution, which we cannot anticipate as the work progresses. As a result, the price of the apartment has been adjusted to compensate for any possible nuisance.
MODERN ROCK is a fully renovated two bedroom apartment ideally located in the city center and a short walk from the Promenade des Anglais and its beaches.
You will appreciate its design furniture, its big television and its refined decoration.
Let yourself be seduced by the charm of the stonework in one of the rooms as well as subtle details such as the neon green shower.
The apartment benefits from a free WIFI fiber optic connection and air conditioning in all rooms.
With smart TV you can access your Netflix account in addition to hundreds of channels available.
The area is very lively, the street of France just a few meters has many restaurants and shops, the pedestrian street is in the extension of the latter. The famous shopping avenue Jean Médecin is 7 minutes walk, as well as Place Masséna.
MODERN ROCK is composed as follows:
LIVING ROOM:
The living room includes a nice sofa, a large smart TV, a coffee table and a "high dining table".
There is air conditioning.
In the hallway there are many cupboards and the washing machine.
KITCHEN:
The beautiful american kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine.
BEDROOM 1:
Bedroom 1 includes a comfortable double bed, a discreet office area, two storage cupboards and air conditioning.
BEDROOM 2:
Bedroom 2 consists of two nice stone columns with a single bed, a desk, two cupboards, a safe and air conditioning.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a relaxed atmosphere thanks to its green reflections and includes a walk-in shower, a towel hook and a hairdryer.
The toilets are independent.

The « boutique » Conciergerie located in the center of Nice will be present to assist you throughtout your whole stay.
