MASSENA LOUNGE is a beautiful two bedroom apartment with air conditioning and a balcony. Its location on the pedestrian area and at the foot of the famous Place Massena makes it exceptional. You will be at the heart of Nice city life. All tourist spots in the city are within 5 minutes walking distance or less from the apartment.

The apartment has a contemporary decoration. It consists of a fully open architecture that unites all spaces, giving a harmonious ensemble.
A palette of gray dress the walls and furniture for a sober and chic atmosphere. The silver elements bring a note of shine and elegance.

Thanks to the beautiful corner bath you can relax in a foaming bath after hours of strolls in the streets of Nice.
You will also appreciate the brightness of the living-room at any time due to its southern exposure.
The soft mattresses of the rooms will be your ideal companions for rejuvenating nights.

With the smart TV of the living-room you can access hundreds of national channels available as well as international ones.

The apartment is accessible by lift. It benefits from a free fiber optic WiFi connection. The air conditioning is in the 2 bedrooms.

Warning, the apartment is not recommended for small children because of the stairs of the mezzanine.


MASSENA LOUNGE is ideally located in the pedestrian zone in the hyper center, at the foot of the Place Massena.

All the must-see places in the city are less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment:
- The Promenade des Anglais and its beaches
- The avenue of shopping: Jean Médecin
- The "Coulée Verte" (garden in the middle of the city)
- Old Nice and its local specialties (spices, soaps, perfumes, confectionery ...)


You will also be close to a tram stop that will allow you to visit the entire city easily.

The city offers many Blue Bike points, allowing you to easily drive into the city center.

The train station is 15 minutes walk away.

Nice airport is only 15min drive away.


MASSENA LOUNGE is arranged as follows:

PARKING:
Upon request, we can offer you a parking within a 5min walk from your apartment (with extra charge and upon availability)

LIVING-ROOM :
Nice living room with 2 sofas, a small coffee table, a smart TV, a cupboard, a glass dining table and 4 seats.

KITCHEN:
Open-plan kitchen overlooking the living room, equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and a washer dryer.

MAIN ROOM:
It includes a double bed with a thick and soft mattress of 30cm, a dresser and a closet.
The room has air conditioning. It is open on the corridor.

MEZZANINE ROOM:
Accessed by a staircase from the corridor, the second bedroom is composed of a SUPER KING SIZE bed. It has a mattress integrated in the bed frame of 18cm and a mattress of 10cm for 28cm of comfort.
The mezzanine has air conditioning. It is open on the corridor.

BATHROOM :
It includes a corner bath, sink, toilet, bidet and hairdryer.
