LA NISSARDE TERRASSE is a superb spacious apartment entirely renovated with one bedroom. It is crossing and has air conditioning in each room. It has a large terrace where you can enjoy a glass of rosé while admiring the sea horizon. It is ideally located in the city center. It is 1 minute walk away from the sea and 9 minutes walk away the famous pedestrian area with its many shops, restaurants and cafes.
The decoration of the apartment combines the sleekness of modernity with the elegance of classicism. The several Asian-style decorative items give an exotic touch.
You will appreciate the high-end furnishings and the golden elements that bring a note of brilliance.
The brightness of the apartment due to its double East-West exposure and its high floor will seduce you.
You will appreciate the fact that you can close the living room door for more privacy when you sleep on the sofa bed.
Thanks to the living room's smart TV, you will be able to access your Netflix account in addition to the hundreds of channels available.
LA NISSARDE TERRASSE is on the 6th floor. It is accessible by lift.
