We - a middle aged couple - loved staying here for two weeks very much. The apartment is roomy, nicely decorated and fully equipped. The fabulous Armand bakery just around the corner is an huge extra plus 🥐.

Everything else is nearby. The sea, the beach clubs, a good variety of interesting restaurants, super markets, Place Massena. Just a perfect location for our needs. We will definitely come back. Probably sooner than later. |

I have to say that this is a great place to live. The apartment is large, sunny with quality designer renovation. It has everything you can expect from a quality and comfortable housing (home appliances, air conditioning in every room, good bed linen). Bedrooms are private, with good sound insulation. Living room with a spacious dining room for a pleasant stay and enjoying the culinary gifts of France. But the most important is the location. Just 2 blocks to the Promenade des Anglais. Several grocery stores (1-2 quarters) open even on Sunday. 10 minutes to the Place Massena. A lot of great restaurants with a variety of cuisine. 2 blocks to the office of "Ashley and Parker", where you can contact with any question. 15 minutes to the railway station to explore the Cote d'Azurgo on a great trip. Living in this apartment you feel yourself in the center of Nice. I really fell in love with this apartment and will definitely come back more than once! |

The Colibri is in an Ideal location, which beats any place on the Promenade des Anglais (you avoid the heavy traffic on the Promenade). It is right around the corner from the lively, restaurant filled Rue de France, a four minute walk from the beachsee more

It is right around the corner from the lively, restaurant filled Rue de France, a four minute walk from the beach and a easy stroll to Place Massena and the Old Town of Nice. Right across from a bank, boulangerie and one block from a supermarket. The unit is on the third floor of a very secure, well maintained building. The apartment is exceptionally clean, modern and excellently equipped and laid out. The well-sized beds are a huge plus and the combined living-dining area will be your favorite place to hang out. Open the French doors and have a glass of wine on the balcony! The real estate agents are one blocka phone call away, quick to answer your questions. We would love to return!
