Great apartment, great location for exploring Nice and the surrounding area

The apartment was a good size and had everything we needed in terms of supplies and enjoying our time in Nice. The instructions were very clear. There were two good spaces to work and the internet connection is very good.
We found it easy to walk see more

We found it easy to walk to bus stops, trams and the train station. There are two markets within half a block, lots of places to eat and very close to the beach. |

BOW WINDOW BUFFA is a renovated two bedroom apartment, located a few meters from the Promenade des Anglais and its beaches.
In a modern style this apartment meets all expectations in terms of seasonal rental.
You will be seduced by the brightness of this apartment thanks to its projecting windows (bow windows) as well as its glass roof which offers a very nice living room.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator). It has free WIFI (optical fiber) and air conditioning throughout the apartment.
You will be located downtown in the heart of the Golden Square.
In a few minutes on foot you will reach Place Masséna, the famous avenue Jean Médecin and its shops as well as Old Nice where you can discover all the local specialties.
The Alsace Lorraine tram stop is nearby.

The spacious living room includes a comfortable corner sofa, a coffee table, a flat screen TV and air conditioning.
In its rounded space you will also find a dining table that can seat 4 people.
BEDROOM 1 :
The bedroom adjoining the glass roof contains a pleasant double bed, desk, chest of drawers and air conditioning.
BEDROOM 2 :
The bedroom has a double bed, a large desk, a wardrobe and air conditioning.
KITCHEN:
The independent kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine.
There is also a washing machine.
BATHROOM :
The pretty bathroom offers a shower, a heated towel rail, a hairdryer and a toilet.
