Ideal location for your stay in Nice. Very quiet at night, beautiful views of Mont Boron, close to many stores and boulangeries, short walk to port, the mediterranean and the tram stop. The hosts have also provided everything you would need for your see more

BLUE PEARL is a beautiful and spacious one bedroom apartment. It is ideally located in the Port, one of the top areas of Nice. Within a few minutes walk you will be in the Old Nice or on the Place Du Pin (trendy area of Nice).
The apartment has a modern decoration. The solid wood furniture, the rattan hanging lamps and the different shades of blue bring a trendy touch. You will appreciate the clear view on the hills of Mont Boron.
INFORMATION: We would like to inform you that renovation work on a neighboring apartment will take place between April 2024 and July 2024. This may cause noise pollution, which we cannot anticipate as the work progresses. As a result, the price of the apartment has been adjusted to compensate for any possible nuisance.
