The apartment is on the ground floor and benefits from a Wifi connection.

Features a sofa, desk area and TV.
The double bed can be folded down to provide a real living space during the day.
The living room open to the courtyard building's north-facing.
Electric roller shutters.
KITCHEN :
The kitchen open to the living room. It is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker and hob.
WASHROOM:
The bathroom is equipped with a small washing machine, shower, toilet with separate entrance, vanity unit with mirror, and hair dryer.
1035€ per month ALL INCLUSIVE (building charges, water, electricity, heating, internet, housing tax, agency fees, one set of linen)
Cleaning at the end of your stay is mandatory : 160€.
