It is located in the hypercenter of Nice, on the famous Boulevard Victor Hugo, a few steps from the main avenue Jean-Médecin. The apartment is in the popular residence "Le Métropole".
DOUBLE LIVING ROOM :
Spacious with dining area that can accommodate up to 4 people.
Living area with sofas and flat screen TV.
The room is air-conditioned, has electric shutters and opens onto a south facing balcony.
BALCONY :
Balcony with a table and two chairs. South facing.
KITCHEN :
Independent kitchen equipped with a gas hob, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a toaster, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine.
BEDROOM:
Room with king size double bed and wardrobes for storage.
The room is air-conditioned, has electric shutters and opens onto a south facing balcony.
