Comprising a living area with sofa and flat-screen TV overlooking the terrace and a dining area with a table and four chairs. The living room is air-conditioned.
KITCHEN :
The kitchen opens onto the living room. It is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, induction hob, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine.
BEDROOM:
Pleasant room with access to the terrace. Queen-size double bed and large wardrobe. The bedroom is independent and separated from the living room by sliding doors.
BATHROOM :
The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin, a toilet and is equipped with a washing machine.
TERRACE:
A large 27m² terrace equipped with a lovely table for dining and sun loungers for relaxing.
Heating: Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
