The flat is on the 2nd floor with a lift (at each half landing, there will be a few steps to climb) and benefits from a Wifi connection.

Overlooking the balcony, equipped with a comfortable sofa, coffee table and flat screen TV, dining table and fitted kitchen. It benefits from a pedestal fan.
KITCHEN :
The kitchen opens onto the living room. It is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, hob, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine.
