Fully furnished and equipped apartment, with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
It is near the city center, in a residential area with many shops. It is located a few minutes walk from the sea.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor without elevator and benefits from a Wifi connection by optical fiber.
LIVING ROOM:
It has a soft sofa, 2 nesting coffee tables, a cabinet sideboard and a flat screen smart TV.
The dining area has a dining table and 4 seats.
The living room is air-conditioned.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is open to the living room. It is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kettle, Krups Nespresso coffee maker, induction cooker and toaster.
BEDROOM:
The room has a QUEEN SIZE double bed with a thick and comfortable 25cm mattress. There is also a wardrobe with mirrored doors and a TV hanging on the wall (there are no channels connected to the TV. You can only access your Netflix account).
BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, hanging toilets, a sink with backlit mirror, a towel dryer and a hairdryer.
