The flat is located on the 3rd floor without lift and benefits from a Wifi connection by fibre.
It is fully air-conditioned and has a terrace as well as a balcony in one of the bedrooms.
LIVING ROOM :
It has a sofa, a coffee table and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV.
The dining area has a dining table and 4 chairs.
The living room opens onto the large terrace.
The living room is air-conditioned.
KITCHEN :
The kitchen is open to the living room. It is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, induction hob and toaster.

The room has a king size bed with a thick and comfortable 21cm mattress. There is a bedside table next to the bed. There is also a wardrobe.
