Welcome to ORIGAMI DUPLEX, a charming top-floor apartment with an air-conditioned bedroom. Nestled in a historic building typical of the Old Town of Nice, it is located in the heart of picturesque streets that immediately immerse you in the unique atmosphere of this historic neighborhood.
Set up as a duplex, the apartment features a modern and stylish decor. On the lower level, you'll find a cozy living room with an open-plan kitchen, while upstairs, under the eaves, a comfortable bedroom awaits with a Queen-size bed. A bathroom with a toilet completes this lovely space.
Please note, the apartment is located on the 4th and top floor of a building without an elevator. The stairs, steeped in history, require a bit of effort, but they lead to a cozy retreat under the rooftops.
